Rhea Chakraborty's trouble has been increased ever since her WhatsApp chats with the drug dealers were recovered by the ED and were shared with the CBI and NCB. Going by the reports the NCB on Wednesday examined documents and chats shared by the ED to them. The agency also held a meeting after and it is being said that the NCB will be taking a call on arrests by this evening. 

Now going by the reports of Times Now, Rhea Chakraborty allegedly administered CBD oil to Sushant Singh Rajput. CBD Oil which is also called Cannabidiol is banned in India along with cannabis. 

Interestingly, the WhatsApp chat between Rhea Chakraborty and Jaya Shah hints at the use of CBD Oil. On November 25, 2019, Jaya texts Rhea "Use 4 drops in tea or water and let him sip it... Give it 30-40 minutes to kick in"."Thank you so much," Rhea texts Jaya Saha, and Jaya replies saying "No problem bro, hope it helps". She also said to Jay to co-ordinate with Shruti Modi and send the drugs.

Now, if the case will be registered by the NCB against Rhea Chakraborty under the NDPC act, then the Mumbai police are bound to arrest Rhea Chakraborty. NCP leader Majid Memon also uttered that the Mumbai Police is now bound to take actions after Rhea drug chats revealed.
