Rhea Chakraborty bail plea: Satish Maneshinde claims that the NCB forced the actress to give statement

Rhea Chakraborty, Showik Chakraborty, and other accused bail plea hearing are underway at Mumbai special court.  After her bail plea was rejected yesterday, her lawyer Satish Maneshinde informed that a special court in Mumbai will hear Rhea and Showik's bail plea on Thursday. 

Going by the reports of Times Now,  lawyer Satish Maneshinde arguing for Rhea Chakraborty's bail said the statements recorded by the NCB is under coercion i.e. forcefully. Section 27(A) of the NDPS act which has been levelled against Rhea Chakraborty, advocate Maneshinde is asking on what grounds this particular charge has been imposed. 

Even if Rhea has procured or bought drugs of all that matter marijuana for late Sushant Singh Rajput because they were in a relationship that point of time that doesn't really make her culpable under section 27(A) instead she can be tried under section 20(B), essentially means she can be punished for maximum one year or fine or both.

Now all eyes on the Mumbai special court that whether it grants bail to Rhea Chakraborty and the other accused or not.
