"Rhea Chakraborty Can Be Arrested Anytime": BJP leader hints on the arrest of the accused in Sushant Singh Rajput's case

While Patna Police's special investigation team (SIT) is already in Mumbai probing Sushant Singh Rajput's death case with actress Rhea Chakraborty as the main accused, reports reveal that Chakraborty can be arrested today. 

Sushant Singh Rajput's father has filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty and others under various sections. "Rhea Chakraborty and five other persons have been charged under Sections 340, 341, 380, 406, 420, and 306 of IPC after Sushant Singh Rajput's father filed an FIR against them. Further investigation is going on in the case," Sanjay Kumar, IG, Patna Central Zone, told reporters.

Sections 306 enables Patna Police to directly arrest Rhea until she did not get interim-bail. Patna Police on Wednesday went to Rhea's Goregaon flat but the actress was missing. later, Rhea's lawyer filed a petition in Supreme Court to transfer the case to Mumbai Police from Patna Police. 

Now BJP leader Ravi Tiwari Bihar has made a sensational claim. As per Bihari, "Riya Can be Arrested Any time... Its Not BIG issue. But we are demanding only CBI for Fair Investigation. Many New BIG faces trying do Divert This Case and Save Main CULPRITS."

Previously Bihari termed Rhea as a small pawn in the game of chess. On his twitter, he wrote, "The whole case of SSR MURDER has now been turned to Riya. BIG people came and started tweeting about Riya. While the main accused is someone else, but the plan to save the accused by mafias, they are getting success in it.  Friends,Focus only on the CBI."
