Late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput's suicide case took a new turn after it emerged on Tuesday that his father K.K. Singh has filed an FIR in the Rajiv Nagar police station accusing six people, including actress Rhea Chakraborty for abetment to suicide."Rhea Chakraborty and five other persons have been charged under Sections 340, 341, 380, 406, 420 and 306 of IPC after Sushant Singh Rajput's father filed an FIR against them. Further investigation is going on in the case," Sanjay Kumar, IG Patna Central Zone.
Now various media claims reveal that Rhea has hired one of the most expensive lawyer Satish Maneshinde. Satish has been the lawyer of Bollywood biggies like Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan. When Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt went to TADA Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) court it was Satish who helped him out. As per reports, Satish is one of the most expensive lawyers of the world.
Various YouTubers are asking how Rhea who is actually struggling in Bollywood has such money to invest in a big lawyer like Satish Maneshinde. Ironically, KK Singh in his FIR has informed the Police that in the year 2019, Sushant had 17 crore rupees in his account. But within a month, 15 crore rupees were transferred to different accounts, which were not even linked to Sushant's account. It should be investigated how Rhea and her associates fraudulently dumped that money.
Rhea Chakraborty and five other individuals have been booked under - IPC Section 306 (Abetment of suicide), Sec 341 (Punishment for wrongful restraint), Sec 342 (Punishment for wrongful confinement), Sec 380 (Theft in dwelling house), Sec 406 (Punishment for criminal breach of trust), Sec 420 (Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property).
