Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty on Wednesday was released on conditional bail by the Bombay High Court. After Rhea Chakraborty was granted bail, the majority of the Bollywood hailed the Court's decision and openly supported the actress.
Rhea Chakraborty's lawyer Satish Maneshinde too welcomed the decision of the Bombay High Court. Talking to an eminent news channel, Maneshinde said, "I am delighted to the order of the honorable High Court and particularly Justice Kotwal has taken planes to render a long judgment of 70 pages at such a short time and considered all aspects of law and come to a finding that Rhea Chakraborty was entitled to bail."
Justice S.V. Kotwal of Bombay High Court granted Rhea Chakraborty conditional bail on a surety of Rs 1 Lakh, along with late Sushant Singh Rajput's staffer Dipesh Sawant and his house manager Samuel Miranda.
On being asked that why Maneshinde thinks that Rhea was a victim of a hateful campaign of media and politics then the lawyer said, "It was a hate campaign. I have been saying it from the first day that she's been hounded because she was the girlfriend of Sushant Singh Rajput. She shared the house like a housewife. Other than marriage there was everything which was under the sun which was happening between both of them, therefore the reason for which she was being hounded just because the family was after her. I don't know for what reason the family seems to be very vindictive as far as Rhea Chakraborty is concerned."
" Apart from that the central agencies i.e. the CBI, NCB, and the ED were hounding her only because she was the housewife or the living partner of Sushant Singh Rajput. Therefore how can somebody who was living with him for all these years be accused just because she is a celebrity's wife" asked Maneshinde.
On being asked what could be the reason behind her hounding Maneshinde said, "During the pandemic, there were no stories that were coming expect the coronavirus, the government was trying to curb it but the media channels which are humbling her, they are only doing it for the TRP because the entire population locked up in their homes they had to switch on to the TV somehow or the other and they were fomenting all the fake news and yoga stories time in and time out.If you see those channels after Rhea got bail, the stories on the channels are missing." added Maneshinde.
