Bollywood industry has been an epicenter of controversies ever since Sushant's death. From nepotism, terrorism, underworld, drugs every evil of society has come in limelight. While the people of India are still trying to forget the pain of Sushant's demise, another row took place actress Payal Ghosh accused film-maker, Anurag Kashyap, for sexually exploiting her over #MeToo.
The actress on Monday filed a police complaint against the Anurag in Mumbai. The complaint was registered at Oshiwara Police Station. "I will be reaching at Payal Residence at 8.00 pm and will proceed to Oshiwara police station about 8.30 to 9.00 pm for registration of crime," Payal Ghosh's advocate Nitin Satpute earlier shared in a statement.
However, the controversy has turned bitter as Payal named Bollywood actresses who were involved with Anurag Kashyap in MeToo. Payal had alleged that Anurag took names of Bollywood actresses like Richa Chadha, Taapsee Pannu, Huma Qureshi, and others are only one call away when he needs them.
This statement by Payal has not gone well with Richa Chadha as she is all set to sue the actress for taking her name. Richa shared a picture of legal notice which has been sent to Payal and wrote, "Update : soft copy of the legal notice has been sent to Ms. Ghosh. My person along with a person from my lawyers office, went to hand deliver the hard copy of the notice to her residence, which she/representative refused to take delivery of . We have their refusal on video."
The legal notice of Richa says, "Our client 'Ms. Richa Chadha' condemns the act of her name being unnecessarily and falsely dragged ina defamatory manner into controversies and allegations being recently raised by third parties."
