India has lost two gems of the film fraternity in two days consecutively. While Irrfan, 54, breathed his last on April 29 at 11:11 am, Rishi, 67, died earlier today on April 30 at 8:45 am. Fans and celebrities around the world were still coming to terms with the irreparable loss of Irrfan Khan, they got another shock when the news of Rishi Kapoor passing away broke earlier today.
Amitabh Bachchan was the first celebs to tweet about his friend and frequent collaborator's demise. Soon, the social media erupted with condolence messages for the actor. Irrfan and Rishi both acted in the movie 'D-Day'. Directed by Nikkhil Advani, D-Day starred Rishi Kapoor as the main antagonist, a druglord/terrorist Goldman and Irrfan Khan plays the role of an undercover RAW agent.
