Bhagwant Mann-Kejriwal: Roadshow in 10 trucks adorned with flowers from BRTS Corridor, supporters dancing on 'Rang De Basanti'

AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal and the future CM of the state Bhagwant held a roadshow in Amritsar on the landslide victory of the Aam Aadmi Party in Punjab. 

During this, both the leaders left in the car from Kachari Chowk to Novelty Chowk in the city. While other elected MLAs and senior leaders were given a place in a separate truck behind. 

In the roadshow, Bhagwant Mann remained Kejriwal's bodyguard and stood behind him like a shadow.

The man said - the rule is done by those who rule the hearts

Bhagwant Mann and Kejriwal jointly addressed the roadshow at Novelty Chowk. He thanked the people of Punjab for winning 92 seats. On the other hand, Mann said that by breaking the conventions, the Aam Aadmi Party will take new initiatives and develop Punjab. 

Mann said that he had full faith in Punjab that his government would be formed. He once again reiterated the need to put pictures of Babasaheb and Bhagat Singh in the CM's office. Expressing his gratitude to the people, he said that those who rule the hearts are ruled by the government.

During his address at the end of the roadshow, Kejriwal thanked the three crore people of Punjab for the victory. He said that the whole world could not believe it. The world believes that Punjabis always make a revolution, but such a big revolution. 

No one can believe that all the greats have lost. Sukhbir lost, Parkash Singh Badal lost, Captain lost, Sidhu lost.

Kejriwal said that Punjab has got an honest Chief Minister in the form of Bhagwant Mann after many years. If any MLA of our party messes up, he will not be spared. 

He said that every guarantee will be fulfilled, just some may take time. On March 16, Bhagwant Mann will not become the CM, but every child of Punjab will become the Chief Minister. He also invited all the people of Punjab to the swearing-in program at Khatkarkalan. Aam Aadmi Party's victory procession ended at Novelty Chowk itself.

Bhagwant Mann has invited every Punjab to attend the Sogandh ceremony. All Punjabis reached there and arrived wearing Basanti coloured pages. The thinking of Bhagat Singh has to be saluted and the fragrance of his thinking has to be taken from door to door. Sogandh is not just him, everyone will take it up and everyone will become the chief minister.

Some kept swinging with the flag and some kept dancing in a rage. There was a lot of enthusiasm among the workers on seeing their beloved leaders.

Both made distance from the elected MLAs

During this, Bhagwant Mann and Kejriwal have kept their distance from all the elected MLAs. In the roadshow also, MLAs are sitting in different vehicles. During the roadshow, more than 15 thousand people are walking around the car of Kejriwal and Mann.

First bowed down at religious places

His car has now reached Mall Road School via Income Tax Chowk in Amritsar. The roadshow from Kachari Chowk started at around 2:00. Kejriwal and Bhagwant Mann are on the main vehicle in the roadshow and there is a long queue behind them. 

A large number of workers are walking in his car. The roadshow has left from Kachari Chowk in Amritsar and crossed Income Tax Chowk and reached Mall Road near Government School. Party leader Manish Sisodia has also reached this roadshow.

Earlier, Bhagwant Mann along with Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal paid his head at Darbar Sahib, Durgyana Mandir and Ramtirth. At the same time, he also registered his presence in Jallianwala Bagh and paid tribute to the martyrs. 

Lastly, Kejriwal went to Bhagwant Mann Ramtirth and from there reached Kachari Chowk and started the winning procession roadshow of AAP.

Former minister Laxmikanta Chawla hugged Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal at the Durgyana temple. Earlier, both of them bowed their heads at the Golden Temple. After bowing down at Darbar Sahib, he paid homage at Jallianwala Bagh.
Jallianwala Bagh has been closed for the general public for some time during this period. At the same time, the stir regarding the roadshow had gone from 11 am. 

AAP decided that there would not be much fanfare in the roadshow. But seeing their beloved leaders, none of the supporters could stop themselves. Everyone was raising slogans in the name of Bhagwant Mann and Kejriwal.

Aam Aadmi Party workers raised slogans to welcome newly elected leader Mann, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal. The joy of becoming CM was visible on Mann's face. All were kept under three-layer security. 

The people who reached the Golden Temple to bow their heads showed enthusiasm for the arrival of Bhagwant Mann. People were seen trying to approach him and many mobiles were seen trying to take his picture. However, no one was allowed near him due to security reasons.
