RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat arrived at Jalandhar last tuesday night. Heavy police activity was witnessed in the surrounding area following his arrival at the Jalandhar Railway Station. He is set to attend a meeting at Vidhyadham School in Jalandhar, and volunteers from multiple states are expected to be present.
Bhagwat is expected to be staying in punjab for 3 days and will attend a meeting held at the Vidhyadham in Jalandhar. He will be meeting with volunteers from across multiple states to discuss RSS goals and matters.
Many are linking this meet with BJP propaganda to boost their popularity in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Seeing how the recent Jalandhar MC elections went and the fact that BJP and RSS are in close relations and RSS holds a significant influence in Jalandhar, which many are speculating that the BJP plans to exploit in order to gain an edge in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
