Ruckus in Jalandhar: Miscreants get into scuffle with a shop owner at PPR Mall, hurl bottles at victim

The police have started the investigation and a search operation has been initiated to look for the miscreants.

Punjab’s Jalandhar has been increasingly seeing a rise in criminal activities or violation of rules. A shocking incident from Jalandhar’s PPR Mall has come to the fore where a small argument turned into such a huge fight that a person suffered serious injuries. Empty bottles were hurled at a young man injuring him so badly that he received stitches on his head while another youth also suffered some minor injuries.

Reportedly, the owner of a shop named KV tattoo became the victim of this huge ruckus. He has been identified as Karan, a resident of Tilak Nagar. While explaining the whole incident, he revealed that a group of unknown miscreants came and picked up an argument with him. When he tries to explain this, the hooligans started hitting him.

According to the information received, Karan got stitches on his head while his companion suffered some minor injuries. He further added that all of them were intoxicated and had kept alcohol along with him. Later, the miscreants started asking for money from him and when the victim refused to do so, the miscreants started throwing bottles at him. Post this, people arrived at the spot and saved the victim. The complaint was not filed by the victim till late at night, it was the police that started their investigation on the case after receiving all the information about it.
