A case has come to the fore where a family from Delhi that has come to Jalandhar to get their child treated was duped 65,000 rupees. It has been alleged by the family that the child was suffering from the final stage of cancer and when the family read an advertisement about the church, they got to hope that their child can again become completely fine.

The advertisement of the church read that any disease can be cured by visiting the church and the family got more convinced as the advertisement said that ever the children who are dead, also get treated in the church.

The family of the deceased traveled all over from Nangloi to Jalandhar for their child. Earlier the priest had asked for 15,000 Rs from the family for some special prayers related to the health of the child but even after this, the child did not recover. When the child was again taken to the church, the priest said that a special prayer has to be done which will cost Rs. 50,000. For the child’s sake, the family even paid that amount but during the prayer, the child lost his life.

After this, the family created a ruckus and alleged the priest of duping them for 65,000 Rs. As soon as the police got information about the uproar, they reached there to calm down the matter. Now it has been alleged that instead of providing any aid the police have sent the family back to Delhi. In response to this allegation, Police said that the family members refused to give a complaint to the investigating officer. On this, arrangements were made for the family to go to Delhi with the child’s dead body.

Earlier the child was getting treated for his disease at AIIMS hospital where the doctors have said that as he is at the last stage, it would be better to serve him at home.
