In a massive development amidst the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war, Vladimir Putin's administration has declared a space war against SpaceX CEO Elon Musk. The declaration of space war comes after it was reported that the Starlink satellite constellation was used to guide and modify fire on the Black Sea Fleet's flagship, the cruiser Moskva and it sank because of that. Furthermore, General Dmitry outlined that Russia has no intentions to militarize outer space but it will also not allow others to do so suggesting that it will take action against whoever tries to militarize outer space.
