The dispute between Russia and Ukraine has reached its peak. The United States on Monday said that the support of China to Russia has created a ‘deeply alarming’ situation.

Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said that Austin will hold meetings at NATO headquarters in Brussels and visit Poland. We still do not believe that the final decision on the war has been taken from the Russian side. Meanwhile, State Department spokesman Ned Price said the US did not see any concrete signs of de-escalation along the Russia-Ukraine border.

Meanwhile, Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky urged his countrymen to stay calm. In his post on social media, he announced that Russia may attack Ukraine on February 16. He announced to celebrate this day as Unity Day.

US President Joe Biden has appealed to Putin to postpone the war. He also warned Putin that if the war will take place, they will get a befitting reply from US.

US have relocated their embassy pertaining to such war conditions. "We are in the process of temporarily relocating our Embassy operations in Ukraine from our Embassy in Kyiv to Lviv due to the dramatic acceleration in the buildup of Russian forces," said US Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
