But at the same time, many well-known companies have closed their outlets in Moscow and other Russian cities. According to the Yale School of Management, more than 300 companies have left Russia in the past two weeks.

According to the Spectator Index, luxury watch brand Rolex Russia has also joined this list. Fast-food giants such as McDonald's, Pizza Hut and beverage maker Coca-Cola have already announced the suspension of their operations in Russia. After Moscow invaded Ukraine, many brands around the world have closed their operations and are busy shutting down their operations from Russia.


Meanwhile, the US imposed immediate sanctions on imports of Russian energy, which further increased the price of oil, which rose by about four per cent on Tuesday. 

Prices have risen by more than 30 per cent since Russia invaded its neighbour on February 24. Russia is the world's second-largest exporter of crude oil. In such a situation, due to the ban of western countries, it is believed that the price of oil will increase.

Britain, which has already opened a front against Russia, said it aims to end Russian oil imports by the end of 2022.
