Salman Khan is set to reunite with Sanjay Leela Bhansali after ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’. Titled Inshallah, the film also stars Alia Bhatt. Fans have been raving about Salman and SLB reuniting on the big screen after ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’.

While the Bollywood superstar did do an extended cameo in Ranbir Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor debut film, ‘Saawariya’, also directed by Bhansali, but the two have collaborated with ‘Bhaijaan’ in the lead in 19 years.

So, one can understand why fans are as excited about Inshallah as they are. When in March this year, Salman Khan announced that he will be reuniting with his 'Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam' (HDDCS) director Sanjay Leela Bhansali after 19 years for another love story, social media went berserk.

Then it was announced that Bollywood star Alia Bhatt will be playing the female lead in the film, for the first time opposite Salman Khan. Earlier this month, it was also announced that the film will hit theaters on Eid 2020.

'Inshallah' will bring back the Bhansali we had seen in films like 'Khamoshi' and 'Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam'. It's a romantic saga that won't have lavish sets but will be shot at real locations."

According to the story of that film, Salman character, Sooraj Dhanrajgir, who was the grandson of a rich industrialist, was rather lazy about his personal life, and quite the womanizer. Seeing that Sooraj is smitten by Komal (played by Twinkle), his grandfather plans on seizing the opportunity, suggests that he get married to her, to turn him into a responsible individual.

Similarly, reports suggest that in Inshallah, Salman will be seen as a 40-year-old carefree man, for whom, life is all about party and fun. But the second part of the story sounds a lot like Salman Khan 1999 film Jaanam Samjha Karo with Urmila Matondkar, in which Salman has a similar arrangement with the former actress and current Congress politician.

Whether these reports are true or not, we won’t know until the film hits theaters but until we take this piece of news with a pinch of salt.
