Who is Samuel Meffire?

As mentioned above Samuel Meffire is a former German Police Officer who was also East Germany’s first Black policeman. The story of Samuel Meffire is inspiring as he rose to fame as part of a campaign against xenophobia. For the unversed, xenophobia is basically hatred towards people of foreign culture or foreigners. Notably, Sam A Saxon revolves around Samuel and it shows how he was forced to join the Police forces of Germany. Growing up an outsider in Germany, Sam was forced to join the police force after his father’s murder and rises to become, after the fall of the Berlin Wall, a symbol of modern society in the post-reunification Germany of the 1990s. However, few years later, Samuel ended up behind bars himself, as an enemy of the state. While Samuel Meffire was forced to join the German Police Force, he rose to fame in 1992 when he became a poster boy for his aggressive campaign against Xenophobia. Not only this Samuel also took part in multiple television shows and in similar context he attended meetings with then Minister of the Interior of Saxony, Heinz Eggert. However, in 1994, he resigned from the Saxony Police forces and ultimate;y in 1996 landed up in prison at the Dresden Regional Court for robbery , serious bodily harm and coercion , of which he served almost seven years. Notab;y, Samuel had also confessed of robbing multiple people including pensioner, a bar, a brothel and even a post office with the help of his associates. Howeve, despite being a confessed criminal, Samuel under relaxation of prisoner sentences was allowed to leave the prison on hourly basis and through that he also took a year-long training course to become a media designer. After he was released from prison, Samuel worked with various educational sectors, and today he is now a writer.

Since 2015, Meffire has worked as a trainer for dangerous situations, including for refugee aid teams, for paramedics and university staff. And as of now, he lives in Bonn and has two daughters. Although Samuel's life sound not that much exciting, Sam A Saxon Series will indeed give you thrills as it will showcase what actually happened behind the scenes.
