After the derogatory and false claims made by Shiv Sena Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut that Sushant Singh Rajput's father married twice and the late actor was not having good relations with his family, Sushant's family has sent him a legal notice.
Late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput's BJP MLA brother Niraj Kumar Babloo has sent a legal notice to Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut and sought an apology within 48 hours over his alleged offensive comments on Sushant relations with his father K.K. Singh.
The MLA's counsel Virendra Kumar Jha said that the notice has been sent to the Sena leader through email, wherein objections have been raised over the latter's remarks and a public apology has been sought.
Interacting on it, Sanjay Raut said that he gets legal notice in dozens daily. On being asked about whether he will apologize or not, Raut said that he is himself quite sensitive when it comes to make a statement. He also said that whatever information he has on the basis of that he has made such comments. Raut said that like the family is aware of what is happening in Mumbai and they are accusing by sitting in Bihar, similarly, he also has some information.
Raut also said that he will not be apologizing and assured the media that the issue between Sushant's family and him will be resolved by them.
