Economic Offences Wing of Delhi Police has registered acase against popular Haryanvi dancer and Bigg Boss fame Sapna Chaudhary and otherson the charges of cheating and breach of trust.
The complaint was filed by a celebrity managing companythat was managing her. The complaint also contains names of other people,including Sapna's brother and mother.
According to the FIR, a case has been registered againstthem for breaking the terms of the contract signed between Sapna and PawanChawla, Director of P&M Movies private limited.
As per the report, Sapna is claimed to have broken artistmanagement agreement.
The FIR states, "The Preliminary enquiry wasconducted into this joint complain by the undersigned and prima-facie, enquirydiscloses that the alleged persons mentioned in the complaint, in theconspiracy with each other have cheated complainants by not returning the loanamount obtain through loan cum trust agreements etc. Prima facie an offence u/s406/420/120-B IPC is made out."
