Economic Offences Wing of Delhi Police has registered a case against popular Haryanvi dancer and Bigg Boss fame Sapna Chaudhary and others on the charges of cheating and breach of trust.
The complaint was filed by a celebrity managing company that was managing her. The complaint also contains names of other people, including Sapna's brother and mother.
According to the FIR, a case has been registered against them for breaking the terms of the contract signed between Sapna and Pawan Chawla, Director of P&M Movies private limited.
As per the report, Sapna is claimed to have broken artist management agreement.
The FIR states, "The Preliminary enquiry was conducted into this joint complain by the undersigned and prima-facie, enquiry discloses that the alleged persons mentioned in the complaint, in the conspiracy with each other have cheated complainants by not returning the loan amount obtain through loan cum trust agreements etc. Prima facie an offence u/s 406/420/120-B IPC is made out."
