Punjabi superstar and global icon Diljit Dosanjh is currently surrounded by controversy due to his upcoming film ‘Sardaar Ji 3’ Amid this, various Punjabi superstars have come forward to share their thoughts regarding the situation. 

Recently, Sufi singer Nooran's sister, who was present in Jalandhar to attend a program regarding a film, has shared their reviews about the recent controversy. While sharing her reviews, the sisters have stated that every artist is doing good in their own place and mentioned that “Boycotting a film doesn’t feel right.” 

Along with this, she mentioned that she was not completely aware of the details of the issue and claimed it was a ‘personal matter.’ 

The statement was shared by Nooran Sister while she interacted with the media during the purchase of a J Jawa bike. 

Sardaar Ji 3 and controversy revolving around the film - 

Sardaar Ji 3 has been scheduled to be released on June 27, overseas; however, it will not be released across India due to the presence of Pakistani actress Hania Amir. It is to be noted that the conflict erupted after India and Pakistan relations became more sensitive after the April 2025 Pahalgam terror attack that claimed 26 lives. 

The fuel to the fire was included by the filmmakers as the film featured several Pakistani actors, including Hania Aamir, Nasir Chinyoti, Daniel Khawar, and Salim Albela. Meanwhile, the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) has appealed to the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) to ban the release of the film in India to show their firm and strong stance against Pakistan and its artists. 

It is to be noted that after the controversy erupted, the trailer for Sardaar Ji 3 has been removed from YouTube in India, and during this time, the fans have shared their dismay and outlined that the makers have ignored the Indian audiences.
