Supreme Court to give its verdict on Rhea Chakraborty's plea to transfer case from Patna to Mumbai tomorrow

Going by the reports the decision is likely to come around 12 to 1 pm in the afternoon

Finally, after more than 2 months of the struggle of Sushant Singh Rajput fans, the Supreme Court is all set to give its verdict in the PIL filed by Rhea Chakraborty to transfer the case registered in Patna to Mumbai. Notably, Rhea has also opposed the CBI probe in Sushant Singh Rajput's case and requested the apex court to let Mumbai Police handle the case. 

Going by the reports the decision is likely to come around 12 to 1 pm in the afternoon. Recently, Sushant's sister Shweta Singh Kirti requested the Supreme Court of India to deliver its verdict early so that the case will be able to solve.

Shweta on twitter wrote, "Requesting for an early decision from the Supreme Court, we have been very hopeful and have been patiently waiting. Every minute of delay is causing pain and heartbreak. #CBIForSSR."

Sushant Singh Rajput, 34, was found dead in his Mumbai apartment on June 14. The Mumbai Police said the promising young actor had died by suicide and began investigating industry rivalries and depression as probable causes.
