A private school bus filled with students met with a scary accident on Sri Anandpur Sahib-Nangal Road. Fortunately, no fatalities were incurred in the incident with the children escaping with minor injuries. The bus was returning from the school in the village Jindwadi when the bus collided with an unknown vehicle.

The bus was badly damaged in the incident.
As soon as information about the accident was received, administration teams reached the spot and started relief work. Sri Anandpur Sahib DSP Ajay Singh was among the first to reach the spot with his police team. The accident caused a traffic jam on the road for quite a long time.
