The injured people are undergoing treatment at a government hospital in Amritsar. However, the police reached on the spot and is investigating the matter.
While informing the police, family members said students studying in school fought few days back which was later resolved. But late night, school boy Sahil along with his associates attacked his family with weapons.

A group of more than 20 unidentified individuals entererd their home and started to shot bullets. Nearly, 100 rounds of fire were made which claimed life of a 60-year-old-woman and injured 4 family members who are now being treated in the Amritsar's govt hospital.
The police prompty reached on the spot, recorded the statements of family members and called the school-children fight 'bloody.' Sukhman Preet and Sahil indulged in a quarrel at the school, after which Sahil's family, along with their associates, attacked Sukhman Preet's family and blindly opened fire, killing Jasbir Kaur, a woman of his family among four others. After registering case, police has started investigation.
