An incident of suicide attempt
came in front from Punjab’s Ludhiana district where an elderly woman tried to
self-murder. She tried to commit suicide in the police station. The victim
accused the police of not taking any action. She was troubled by the police so
she decided to commit suicide.
This
matter came from CIA police station division number three. The lady on Friday
visited the police station to get information about the investigation on her
complaint. She was fed up with her son and daughter-in-law so she pleads for
justice in the police station by filing a complaint.
The
victim woman and her husband were assaulted by her son and daughter-in-law. She
was troubled by the rounds of the police station. Being upset by no action on the complaint, she sprinkled oil on herself in the police station. But
before she started the fire, the policemen hold her and take her to the room of
the station in-charge.
There
are allegations on the police for not taking any action. The station in-charge gave
assurance of taking the action. The station head said that several attempts
were made to resolve the between both sides. If the elderly couple still
suffering, then action will be taken against the son and daughter-in-law soon.
