Shriya Saran got married to the love of her life, Andrei Koscheev in a grand wedding in March 2018. Their wedding was an extremely private affair with only a couple of celebrities in attendance. And the actress has a perfect answer for keeping her wedding guest list devoid of celebrities.
The Sivaji actress tied the knot with Russian-based entrepreneur Andrei Koscheev in Rajasthan. The couple has now moved to Barcelona for business, but that doesn't stop Shriya from doing films in India. The actress recently flew down to Mumbai to shoot a song in her upcoming Hindi film Sab Kushal Mangal.
In an interview, she opened up about her hush-hush wedding with Andrei. She said, "I can't believe it's been almost two years since Andrei and I tied the knot! There's nothing to hide, but I like to keep my private life quiet and simple. My work is my bread and butter and my husband is very supportive; he would love me to do more work."
Reportedly, Shriya and Andrei met each other three years ago during one of their trips to the Maldives. The couple loves deep-sea diving and it is visible in their social media posts.
Even though the couple moved to Barcelona, Shriya reveals that she will always fly down for work in Mumbai and South. "My base will always be Mumbai since my parents live here and I will always come down to Mumbai or fly down south for work. I don't want to lose my base in India," she revealed.
Apart from a couple of Hindi films, Shriya is also shooting for her upcoming film, Sandakaari directed by R Madhesh. In the film, she is paired opposite Tamil actor Vemal.
