Shweta Tiwari flaunts her toned abs; Arjun Bijlani asks, “Which Chyawanprash do you eat?”

Arjun Bijlani, who is currently filming Khatron Ke Khiladi with other contestants in Cape Town, shared a video of Shweta Tiwari asking her to show off her abs.

For obvious reasons, Khatron Ke Khiladi is one of the most famous television shows. The reality show, hosted by Rohit Shetty, is back with another season, and filming is currently underway in Cape Town, South Africa.



The contestants are having a blast shooting there, including Divyanka Tripathi, Sourabh Raaj Jain, Arjun Bijlani, Nikki Tamboli, Aastha Gill, Anushka Sen, Shweta Tiwari, Rahul Vaidya, and Abhinav Shukla, among others. They've even been posting sneak peeks on social media.

Arjun Bijlani recently posted a video with Shweta on his Instagram posts. The Miley Jab Hum Tum star can be heard in the video telling the actress about her exercise mantra. Despite the fact that it was a lighthearted query, Shweta responded with sincerity. In the video, he asks her what her fitness mantra is.


As Shweta Tiwari walked by, Arjun asked, "Aapke chyawanprash ka naam kya hai (What is the name of your chyawanprash)?" The Kasautii Zindagi Kay actress while showing off her abs, replied to him saying, "Hardwork". "Roz exercise (exercise daily), hard work.”




Arjun also asked Shweta to show off her toned abs, which she gladly did. He said at the end of the video, “Socho, kuch seekho (Think about it, learn from her).”

Shweta is one of the television industry's fittest actresses. In February of last year, she posted her wellness journey on Instagram, detailing how she used a healthy diet and exercise routine to lose 10 pounds for the show Hum Tum and Them.

She had written, “I was at 73kgs and I desperately needed to lose that weight before starting ‘Hum Tum and Them’ to fit my character. I was way too occupied with my newborn then to truly commit to exercising, so if I’m being honest the only thing that helped me shed the 10 kgs was @kskadakia brilliant diet, even though now it’s a combination of strenuous exercising along with my dietician’s @kskadakia recommended diet, But.. I initially dropped the 10kgs of weight solely through @kskadakia allocated plan.”
