Ever since he passed away, there has been a constant demand from people to get justice for the late actor. Sushant, who last seen on the big screen in Chhichhore, was found dead at his Bandra residence on June 14. The actor passed away at the age of 34 and his death came as a huge blow across the nation. Three months down the line, the Central Bureau Of Investigation (CBI) is investigating Sushant's death case.

The latest development on the late actor's death case is that the CBI will be recording the statement of Sushant's flatmate Siddharth Pithani. According to a report, the investigating agency will be recording his statement under Section 164 of CrPC. Siddharth has been apparently summoned by the CBI.

Recently, Sushant's father, KK Singh, met Bihar's Chief Minister Nitish Kumar at the latter's residence in Patna. During their course of interaction, Sushant's father thanked the Chief Minister for recommending a CBI probe in his late son's death case.

It has been more than 2 months and still nothing is clear what actually happened with you my friend. Every time i close my eyes , I see you, smiling. You were more than a Brother to me and we shared a lot of things together. You always extended your hands when I needed help. It is still impossible to believe that you are not with us. NOW, I will loudly say and repeat after me : #HangSSRMurderers #JusticeForSushant #SushantAwaitsJustice . . . #sushantsinghrajput #sushi #ssr #justiceforsushantsinghrajput #justiceforssr #dilbechara #rheachakraborty #maheshbhatt #salmankhan #surajpancholi
