Late Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala's family on Friday announced that they will be organising a memorial ceremony. The memorial ceremony will be organised in honor of the late Punjabi singer and songwriter Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, aka Sidhu Moose Wala. The memorial ceremony will take place to mark the third death anniversary of the late Punjabi singer. The ceremony is set to take place on Thursday, May 29, 2025, in Sidhu's native village of Moosa, located in the Mansa district.
This event marks the third anniversary of Sidhu Moose Wala’s passing, who tragically lost his life on May 29, 2022. Born on June 11, 1993, Sidhu Moose Wala rose to fame as one of Punjab’s most influential and beloved musical talents. The ceremony will begin at 10:00 AM and will include the recitation of Shri Sehaj Path Ji, as family, friends, and fans will gather to pay tribute to his memory.
The official invitation was shared on Sidhu Moose Wala's Instagram handle, which is now being handled by his family. Moose Wala's family invited the public to attend and join in remembering the life and contributions of this iconic Punjabi superstar.
What happened to Sidhu Moose Wala?
Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead by unidentified assailants in his car on 29 May 2022 in Jawaharke village of Mansa at the age of 28. Later, the Lawrenece Bishnoi gang took responsibility of Sidhu Moose Wala's assassination.
