Sidhu Moose Wala's father files FIR against unidentified people for forging Charan Kaur's signature & stamp to get pension

The case is related to getting a pension by using the fake signature and seal of Sidhu's mother Charan Kaur who is the Sarpanch of village Musa.

Late Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala's father Balkaur Singh has filed an FIR against unidentified people after he came to know about the forgery of his wife Charan Kaur's signature and stamp. The case is related to getting a pension by using the fake signature and seal of Sidhu's mother Charan Kaur who is the Sarpanch of village Musa. On the complaint of Balkaur Singh, a case was registered against unknown people in Mansa Police Station City 2. The matter is being investigated by the police.

 

As per reports, the Aadhaar card of Paramjeet Kaur, wife of Veerpal Singh, resident of Laduka in Fazilka district, was tampered. Application for a handicapped pension was applied by changing the photo. On which there was a fake signature and seal of Sarpanch Charan Kaurwas used. On investigation, it came to light that there was no woman named Paramjeet Kaur in Musa village. After this, a complaint was given to SP Mansa on behalf of Balkaur Singh. 

 

It is said that a conspiracy was hatched to implicate Sidhu Moose Wala's family in legal trouble. In this case, the accused had applied online for a handicapped pension at the CDPO office. The accused uploaded all the documents that were allegedly forged. Even the seal and signature of the Sarpanch were fake.

 

When Sidhu's father Balkaur Singh came to know about this on 17 February, he came to the village and investigated. But there was no trace of this woman. After this, he filed his complaint on 21st February.

 

For the unversed, Charan Kaur, mother of late Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala, was elected as Sarpanch in the year 2018. She won by defeating her rival Manjeet Kaur by 599 votes. Sidhu Moosewala had worked hard to ensure his mother's victory. At that time Moosewala had claimed that Moosa village was completely drug-free.
