Sidhu Moosewala Murder: Police bringing Haryana sharpshooters Ankit Sersa and Sachin to Punjab

Punjab Police has got one day transit remand of both of the shooters lodged in Tihar Jail.

Sharpshooters Ankit Sersa and Sachin Bhiwani involved in the Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala murder case have come under the clutches of Punjab Police. Both of them are being held at Tihar Jail. Punjab Police has got a one-day transit remand of them. Both will now be brought to Mansa. The Punjab Police will look into the Moosewala murder case after presenting it in this court.

According to a police investigation, Ankit Sersa had shot Moosewala the closest. He was holding pistol in both his hands. From a distance, the other shooters were firing. Then Ankit Sersa went right near the Thar jeep, in which Moosewala was sitting. He went near the bonnet and fired at Moosewala so that he could not survive.

Ankit Sersa is just 19 years old. It was his first murder. He had joined Lawrence's gang only 6 months back. Ankit, a resident of Sonipat, Haryana, did 2 incidents in Rajasthan. After which he met Monu Dagar, he introduced him to Lawrence's brother Anmol. He afterward joined the Lawrence Gang as one of their henchmen.

Sharpshooters Priyavart Fauji and Kashish were previously taken here by the Punjab Police. Three sharpshooters Jagroop Roopa, Manpreet Manu Kussa and Deepak Mundi are still absconding.
