1988 Road Rage Case: Navjot Singh Sidhu was supposed to surrender in Patiala court today, but now he has sought time for it citing health problems. At the same time, while hearing Sidhu's curative petition, it has been said on behalf of the bench that it should be placed before the bench of the Chief Justice.

The Supreme Court on Thursday sentenced him to one year in the 1988 road rage case. For this, he had to surrender today but it has not happened.
