After the military clash in eastern Ladakh's Galwan valley with Chinese troops in which 20 Indian soldiers were martyred, Prime Minister Narendra Modi categorically stated in the all-party meeting on Friday that no Indian post or territory has been occupied by anyone.

"At the outset, the Prime Minister clarified that neither is anyone inside our territory nor are any of our posts captured. He said that 20 of our brave soldiers made the supreme sacrifice for the nation in Ladakh but also taught a lesson to those who had dared to look towards our motherland. The nation will forever remember their valour and sacrifice," government sources said.

However, the statement by PM Modi has once again created a row. After the all-party meeting, Congress had supported PM Modi, however, PM Modi's clarification did not go down well.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi raised two questions. He wrote on his twitter, "PM has surrendered Indian territory to Chinese aggression. If the land was Chinese:
1. Why were our soldiers killed?
2. Where were they killed?."

After his tweet, many users on Twitter started asking the same question.

A user wrote, "Reality :-Modi surrendered Galwan valley to China insulting supreme sacrifices of our soldiers. Claims by Modia + IT cell + Bhakts:- All party supported Modi and Congress isolated. We won Rajya Sabha elections and Congress lost."
Another user wrote, "Chinese official statement says Indian troops crossed LAC and deliberately provoked PLA ..Modi says no one entered indian territory so where were our soldiers got martyred by PLA..Is modi accepting charges of Chinese goverment...sad moment for indians." "Award for best REAL ESTATE AGENT goes to :- PM Modi for giving off Galwan valley to China at the cost of 20 brave Indian soldiers," another user wrote. TED-X speaker Tehseen Poonawalla also asked questions from PM Modi. He uploaded a video and wrote, "If China did not enter Indian territory, then why did EAM @DrSJaishankar ji talk about 'a structure' the Chinese 'erected?' How were our 20 soldiers martyred & where were our 10 braves captured? Never has any Indian PM put domestic image above our soldiers."
