The altercation began when a clash between two students escalated to a physical altercation involving four individuals. In a bid to protect himself, one student resorted to using bricks to fend off the attackers.
The entire incident revealed four students assaulting another student. The victim, identified as Shiv, sustained serious injuries in the attack and was promptly admitted to a private hospital for medical treatment.
Upon receiving information about the altercation, SHO Rajesh Arora and his team from Rama Mandi police station swiftly reached the scene to investigate the matter.
One of the students involved, Rajat, revealed that he is in the 10th grade and that his friend Shiv suffered serious injuries as a result of the incident. Shiv suffered multiple head injuries as a result of the altercation. During a break from school, Saurav, an 11th grader, purposefully collided with their scooter, which led to the altercation.
After a brief exchange of words, Saurav physically assaulted Shiv. Saurav and his companions then proceeded to attack Shiv, leaving him with significant injuries.
This alarming incident emphasises the importance of maintaining a safe and secure school environment, prompting authorities to act quickly to prevent similar incidents in the future.
