Oscar-winning music director AR Rahman has sparked another controversy and the Bollywood industry is yet again in question. Music maestro AR Rahman in an interview with RJ Suren for Radio Mirchi’s weekly Top 20 Celeb Special show, Rahman spoke about the music he has composed for Bollywood films, like 'Dil Se', 'Swades', 'Guru', 'Rockstar', 'Tamasha' and 'OK Jaanu', among others. On that note, when asked why he doesn’t compose more music for Bollywood films, he said, “I don’t say no to good movies, but I think there is a gang, which, due to misunderstandings, is spreading some false rumors.”

After his statement, Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut comes in support of the Music Director who has accused Bollywood of gangs, favoritism, and nepotism. Kangana on her twitter wrote, "Everyone experiences harassment and bullying in this industry especially when you act autonomous and become totally independent."

Now BJP Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy has come in support of the music maestro. Slamming the three Khans of Bollywood, Swamy wrote on Twitter, "It is good Rahman entered because the 3 Khan Musketeers were trying to make it a Hindu Muslim issue. It is not. It is a clash between merit and cronyism which has permeated politics, bureaucracy, media and academia. For a Renaissance of India, we have to fight is all dimensions."
