The puzzle of Sushant Singh Rajput's death is getting complex day by day.  From theft to black magic, many accusations have already been revealed with Rhea Chakraborty as its prime suspect. Now Bharatiya Janata Party Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy has made some sensational claims.

Subramanian Swamy has yet again raised questions on Mumbai Police. Swamy also alleged that Mumbai police suspects Sushant was given poison. There the entire case is of murder not abetment of suicide.

Swamy on his twitter wrote, "Why Mumbai Police not filed a FIR on Sushant Singh Rajput?  Why post-mortem report been titled provisional? Both for one reason : The Hospital doctors are awaiting SSR’s viscera report from Forensic Department to know whether he had been poisoned. His nails have also been sent."

"Judging by Sunanda Pushkar case, Delhi Police had bluffed by asking for a second and third  opinion on whether there was poison in her body. Finally after BJP came to power the opinion of the AIIMS Forensic Dept Head Dr. Sudhir Gupta prevailed. Mumbai Police should ask him," he added.

Swamy on Thursday shared 26 reasons why Sushant Singh Rajput's case is murder not suicide or abetment of suicide.
