KD Chandran, the father of veteran actress Sudha Chandran, died of a heart attack in Mumbai. He was 86 years old when he died. According to sources, KD Chandran was diagnosed with dementia on May 12 and admitted to hospital in Juhu. The senior actor, on the other hand, died on Sunday around 10 A.M.
Sudha Chandran used her Instagram account on May 8 to wish her father a happy birthday. Sharing an image of KD Chandran, she wrote, "Happy birthday to you Appa.....thnx for inculcating te best values of life Nd making me what I m today.so proud to b Ur daughter....Ravi Nd myself wish u a Very happy birthday.lv u Appa."
In a previous interview, the actress discussed how her family helped her recover from a traumatic accident when she was young, which resulted in the loss of her leg. After the terrifying incident, she said there were only two options in front of her. She had the choice of walking or destroying her life. The actress went on to say that she was able to recover because of her parents' support. She added that one tends to neglect the importance of parents in one's life and that her parents were most likely the reason she chose to go on in life.
After her accident, the actress admitted that she wondered why she was still alive, but when she looked at her parents, she realized she was alive because of them.
