The condition of one of the injured is said to be serious. The accident happened late Tuesday night when everyone in the house was sleeping.

Considering eco-friendly, the family has been using electric bikes for one and a half years. As usual, on Tuesday night, he put the battery to charge. At midnight when everyone was sleeping, suddenly the battery exploded.

Ramaswamy (80) was seriously injured in this incident. He died in the early hours during treatment. The condition of his wife Kamalamma is critical. His daughter-in-law and grandson sustained minor injuries and are undergoing treatment.
Thankfully his son Prakash was not affected by the blast...he came out safely. After getting the information, the police reached the spot and inspected the surroundings.
