Fans were left stunned after Telugu actor & politician Nandamuri Balakrishna physically pushed actress Anjali on stage during the event of Gangs of Godavari. When Nandamuri Balakrishna aka Balayya came onto the stage two actresses were already present there. The 63-year-old Telugu actor seemed miffed with the fact that he may be out of frame. As a result, first Nandamuri Balakrishna asked both actresses to shift. Actress Anjali was handling her saree and moved a little bit. Thereafter, Nandamuri Balakrishna physically pushed Anjali away. However, Anjali took Nandamuri Balakrishna's gesture on a lighter note and laughed it off.
However, Nandamuri Balakrishna pushing video sparked furore on social media. Many stated that Nandamuri Balakrishna physically assaulted actress Anjali on the stage, while everyone remained calm. Not only this, but film-maker Hansal Mehta even asked netizens 'Who is this sc*mbag?'
As per reports, Balayya was the Chief Guest for the pre-release event for actor Vishwak Sen's 'Gangs of Godavari'. The veteran actor & poltician was invited to the stage to give his speech and take a picture with the cast and crew. He asked Anjali to move to the side as they got ready to take a picture. When Balayya pushed her, actor Neha Shetty was visibly shocked. After pushing her, the 'Akhanda' actor gave her a high-five on stage.
