The video shows a woman preparing street food by cooking veggies and adding some spices to it but suddenly she put black-coloured noodles in the whole dish and the foodies don’t seem to be much impressed with it. For the unversed, these black noodles are called ‘Kluski Czarne’ which can also be called iron noodles. These are made up by mixing mashed potato and flour. When they are boiled for a quite long time, the noodles tend to change colour because of starch in potato resulting to black noodles. These black noodles are mainly eaten with vegetables or meat.
