Biles revealed photographs of Owens' emotional proposal on Instagram on Tuesday, announcing the sporting couple's engagement.
Biles' Instagram post to her 6.8 million followers has received over one million likes in less than two hours.
"I can't wait to spend forever & ever with you, you're all I dreamed of and more!" the seven-time Olympic gold champion captioned the photos. "FIANCÉ, let's get married."
Owens' new fiancee then responded in the comments section, writing: "Ready for forever with you."
Biles accompanied her social media post with four photos of Owens proposing, and added: "I can't wait to spend forever & ever with you, you're everything I dreamed of and more! let's get married!"
Biles wrote on his Instagram account that the Texans defensive back's proposal was the "Easiest Yes" he'd ever said. "Really had no clue what was coming," Owens said in her post announcing their engagement.
In the year 2020, Biles publicly revealed her connection with Owens. She celebrated the fact that she and Owens had been dating for more than a year with a post in August 2021.

Biles said she was trying "to have adequate time to spend with my family, my friends, and my boyfriend." Now, she is preparing for the wedding of her dreams.
When the star of the Olympic gymnastics team decided to withdraw from the competition owing to psychological issues, she brought attention to the importance of mental health. Her case set a precedent for other athletes dealing with the same issue.
