In this case, Bharat Bhushan Ashu is also accused of malpractices in the labor and transportation tenders in the mandis of Punjab. In a statement to Vigilance, the contractor Telu Ram, who was caught by Vigilance, said that he had given 6 lakh bribes to his PA to meet the minister and also gave Rs 20 lakh to the minister through RK Singla to get the tender.
