Chandigarh, March 27:The Punjab Government will beconducting trials at Polo Ground, Patiala to select the state team for the 'AllIndia Civil Services Athletics Championship' to be held in Madhya Pradeshduring the first week of April.
Disclosing this here today, the Director Sports DPSKharbanda informed that the All India Civil Services Athletics Championship isbeing organized by the Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board, NewDelhi at Sports and Youth Welfare, Tantia Tope, State Sports Complex, T.T.Nagar Stadium, Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) from April 6 to 9, 2021.
He said that the desirous officers/employees (players) ofvarious departments of the Punjab Government, should reach at Polo Ground,Patiala on March 30 at 9:00 AM along with all the required documents for thetrials. He said that the aspiring players government officers/employees (Regulars)can participate in the trials after getting NOC from their respectivedepartments to compete in the championship.
