Tunisha Sharma’s co-star and rumored boyfriend Sheezan Khan has been nabbed by the police hours later the death of the Fitoor child actress who breathed her last yesterday after deciding to end up her life on the sets of a TV series shoot.
The police have lodged an abetment to suicide case against Khan who featured alongside Sharma in the famous TV show, Alibaba - Dastaan-e-Kabul.
"Waliv police arrested actress Tunisha Sharma's co-star Sheezan Khan by registering a case of abetment to suicide. Police registered a case under section 306 of IPC," the news wire reporting on the matter quoted Waliv Police as saying. Sheezan will be presented in court on Monday, it added. There are no details of the reason behind Tunisha's suicide yet.
Tunisha who made her debut with the TV show, Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap was doing fairly well and featured in some of the top shows including Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat, Gabbar Poonchwala, Sher-e-Punjab: Maharaja Ranjit Singh, Internet Wala Love and Ishq Subhan Allah.
Tunisha essayed the role of Shehzaadi Mariam in the TV show Ali Baba Dastaan-E-Kabul that airs on SAB TV. Sheezan, who earlier played young Akbar in another show, features as Ali Baba in Ali Baba Dastaan-E-Kabul.
The Waliv police earlier said that they found the actress dead after they broke into the toilet on sets of the TV show. Reportedly she entered the toilet during the shoot and didn’t return. Nothing has been found from the spot that points to or clarifies the exact reason behind the actresses’ death, however, the probe has been launched into the case, and Khan’s arrest is on that proceeding only.
Right before her death, Tunisha shared a few back-to-back posts on her Instagram handle, in one of them she shared a small video clip where she is prepping up for the shots during the shoot, she went on to share a picture of her with the caption, "Those who are driven by their Passion Doesn’t stop."
Besides, her sting in the TV serials the actress has also appeared in Bollywood films playing several small roles. This includes Fitoor, Baar Baar Dekho where she essayed the role of Katrina Kaif's younger version. She was also a part of Kahaani 2: Durga Rani Singh as Minnie Sinha. Besides this, she also appeared in Salman Khan's Dabangg 3.
