The Congress Chief Rahul Gandhi here on Monday announced a universal basic income to poor section of the country if they are elected in the 2019 elections. Rahul was addressing a rally in Chhattisgarh when he made this announcement.
He quoted the MGNREGA and RTI schemes passed by Congress during their regime saying that no country in the world has this scheme for their citizens.
