Unknown caller threatens to blow up Ambani, Bachchan & Dharmendra Singh’s house, probe initiated

The caller threatened that other influential people of Mumbai are also on the radar.

In the latest development, a phone call from an unknown caller was received by control room of Nagpur Police Station on Tuesday threatening to blow up houses of some famous Bollywood stars. As soon as the call was received, Mumbai Police was informed about the same and investigation has been initiated.

Reportedly, on Tuesday the caller called Nagpur Police’s Control Room and issued a bomb threat by saying he will blow up the houses of famous celebrities. These stars include Mukesh Ambani’s house Antilia, Amitabh Bachchan’s house and veteran actor Dharmendra’s house. The caller added that other influential people of Mumbai are also on the radar.

As per information, the Mumbai Police along with the bomb defusal squad are conducting various searches at all places and have also increased the security of above-mentioned people. The Police are also investigating the call and trying to know from where did the call come.

On Tuesday, the Supreme Court directed to provide Mukesh Ambani and his family members with Z+ security cover while travelling in India as well as abroad. SC added that all the expenses and costs will be borne by the court itself.

Earlier in 2021, Crime Intelligence Unit of Mumbai Police detained around 2 people involved in spreading rumours of bomb blasts at 3 railway stations and Amitabh Bachchan’s residence in Mumbai. The accused involved was arrested from Thane.
