A heart-wrenching incident took place in the Shamli of Uttar Pradesh where heights of cruelty were crossed by the Principal of a school.
The news that has come to the fore is that a student was brutally beaten up by the Principal because he arrived ‘5 minutes’ late according to the school timings.
Everyone has wrath in their eyes after reading the news as the child was so badly beaten up that the bones of both his legs got fractured. The victim has been identified as Deval, a resident of Mundia village of Adarsh Nagar, Shamli.
Reportedly, a complaint has been filed against the Principal by the victim’s father in Adarsh Mandi Police Station and has asked that strict action should be taken against the accused.
The incident is of Jai Jawan Jai Kisan Inter College, and the victim studied in the eighth standard. The boy was beaten up with sticks and punished by the Principal as he arrived late to school. The manner in which he was beaten was so barbaric that now the victim has been admitted to the hospital.
The victim's father said that Deval was not keeping well for the past long time. The father further said, “I got my son treated in Panipat, after recovering from the illness I took my son to school, showed the documents from Panipat hospital to Principal Sudhir Kumar Rana, then the child was taken to the class and after that, the child reached school 5 minutes late for which he was brutally beaten.”
The father got an x-ray done of Deval’s legs in the local hospital and found that both the bones of the legs were broken. Deval's father has demanded action against the Principal from the District Magistrate.
Along with this, the child said that the Principal did not listen to him even once but just kept on beating him. In this case, DM Jasjit Kaur quoted, “I am forming a team of SDM and CO ADIOs, if the Principal is found guilty in the investigation, strict action will be taken against him.”
