Former Chief Minister of Punjab Amarinder Singh’s ex-adviser BIS Chahal is now under the radar of the Vigilance Bureau. The Vigilance Bureau on Monday raided various properties of BIS Chahal who is said to be closely associated with Capt. Amarinder Singh. Reportedly, Vigilance Bureau has initiated a formal inquiry into BIS Chahal’s disproportionate assets case. VB has also requested the immigration authorities to issue a lookout notice against Chahal. The sources have revealed that various evidences were found during the investigation and VB can issue a summon to BIS Chahal.
If a case gets registered against BIS Chahal, it can pose a serious threat to his close aid Capt. Amarinder Singh. Any progress in BIS Chahal’s case will raise difficulties for Capt. Amarinder Singh. Now a BJP party member Amarinder Singh is again becoming an active member of politics and also had a meeting with PM Modi.
