In a hair-raising incident, a man in Bengaluru narrowly avoided death when a bull suddenly pounced on his scooter, pushing him into the path of an oncoming truck. However, he avoided being crushed thanks to the truck driver’s quick thinking, as he slammed the brakes to stop the truck just in the nick of time.
The CCTV footage, shows the bull being walked by a woman on a narrow road in the city’s Mahalakshimpura Layout area. Watching the oncoming scooter, the bull suddenly jumps on the rider for no apparent reason which causes the rider to fall off the bike, under a truck that was passing by. The rider however escaped injury as the truck driver slams the brakes to stop the truck. The bull then scampers off leaving the rider and the woman who was walking, leaving the witnesses dumbstruck.
It was an eventful day for the man on the scooter who stands up pointing at the bull in disbelief, the video ends with passersby rushing to his aid and help get his scooter upright.
