More than three years after Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead under mysterious circumstances, his residence named Mont Blanc Apartments in Bandra, Mumbai has reportedly been bought by none other than The Kerala Story fame actress Adah Sharma. Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at Mont Blanc Apartments in Bandra where he was living with his flatmates and even his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty. Mont Blanc Apartments in Bandra had become a crime scene after the CBI visited the spot for investigation. As a result, Mont Blanc Apartments in Bandra was not able to be sold. However, if reports are to be true Adah Sharma is now the new owner of the apartment where Sushant Singh Rajput was staying.
As per reports, terms, conditions and even the price at which the property has been sold to Adah Sharma have been kept under wraps. It is also unclear whether Adah is planning on moving into that flat or is it just as an investment. Speaking about the flat, it is a spacious duplex 4BHK flat on Carter Road in Mumbai’s Bandra West. It boasts a breathtaking sea view and spans 2,500 square feet, complete with a terrace.
It is pertinent to mention here that Adah Sharma was recently asked by the paparazzi if there is any truth in the reports suggesting that she has bought Sushant Singh Rajput's Bandra apartment. Responding to this, Adah Sharma said that if anything like that happens she will inform them and even distribute sweets. However, it is worth mentioning that Adah Sharma did not refuse the reports.

Sushant Singh Rajput's case
Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead under mysterious circumstances at his Bandra residence on June 14, 2020. At first, it was reported that Sushant died by suicide and his roommates stated that they found him hanging. However, later when the are of fans intensified, the theories were nullified. Sushant was in a relationship with actress Rhea Chakraborty during that time. While the Mumbai Police started an initial investigation, fans and Sushant's family sensed lapses and therefore they demanded a CBI inquiry. As a result, Bihar CM ordered a CBI probe. Later, central agencies like NCB and ED also joined hands. During the investigation, Rhea Chakraborty along with her brother Showik was also sent to jail over narcotics charges. After spending one month in Byculla Jail, Mumbai, the actress was released on bail in October, of the same year. The case is still under investigation.
