A shocking video has emerged on social media which shows a man somehow manages to save himself by laying down completely close to the railway platform as the train passes over the track.
The video was posted by Journalist Ravish Ranjan Shukla earlier today as many others were also present at the sight when the incident happened.
In the video tweet he wrote, “At Bharthana railway station at 9 am today, a passenger named Bhura Singh fell on the track due to haste. An intercity train passed over them. Luckily he was saved, the lesson in these incidents is that life is yours and not of the train's...”

Netizens are now divided over the incident, where some called the man lucky while others were calling out for his arrest.
