Viral video: Tamil Nadu traffic constable 'slaps' Swiggy delivery boy caught on camera, gets transferred

Tamil Nadu: In Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, a traffic constable was forced to slap a food delivery boy and was shifted to the city police control room as punishment.

A video clip went viral on social media, in which this traffic constable is seen slapping the food delivery boy. Based on this video clip and the complaint of the food delivery boy, constable Satish has been transferred.

Sathish, a Grade-1 constable attached to the Singanallur police station, slapped the delivery person at the traffic junction on Avinashi Road on Friday and the whole incident was caught on camera. After which senior police officers swung into action and the constable was shifted to the control room.


Mohansundaram, who has been working in Swiggy for the last two years, was going somewhere on Friday evening. During that time a private school bus driver was driving recklessly. Due to this, there was going to be a collision. In such a situation, Mohansundaram stopped the driver and started telling him about the mistake. Due to which there was a traffic jam.

The policeman in a fit of rage abused Mohansundaram, slapped him, and also snatched his mobile phone. Along with this, his motorcycle was also damaged. A person present there captured the whole incident on camera.
